Port Ellen 23 (Old Malt Cask)

Nose has peat, firecrackers, lavender honey and beeswax. Palate is briny, yet honey-sweet.
Finish is very serene with a nice clove note. Very smooth… outstanding! Brian says, “definitely an ambassador of Islay”.
